Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. The item must be in brand new condition (unless bought used), all original packaging and labeling must be intact, you must have original receipt.

If you purchase skates for a gift or without the skater present, it is best not to sharpen them at putchase.  If we sharpen the skates they are no longer able to be sold as new.
